To sign up you only need to fill out the form on our Sign Up page. Once submitted one of our agents will reach out to you at the email address you use to signup with to get you signed up and protected.
To get your hacked or infected site cleaned or restored you only need to visit our Clean Hacked Site page and fill out the form. After our agent reaches out to you to get the required information to access your site you only need to enjoy a latte or coffee and we’ll handle everything for you.
The risk of breach is never zero. If your site gets hacked or infected while protected by Digital Pyxi we will clean it for you at no cost to you. All subscribers to our Agency Plan get unlimited website cleaning as part of our Disaster Mitigation and Recovery Plan for you.
Subscribers of our Pro Plan are not offered unlimited website cleanups because of the possibility of being infected from other unprotected websites on their server through a process called Cross-Site Scripting (XSS).
If members of our Pro Plan, after being cleaned free for once, have their site re-infected we will recommend choosing one of our secured hosts with secured servers or upgrading to the agency plan.
